Felicia A. Shanklin, M.Ed., CPRW is a multifaceted professional with more than 20 years of experience and a passion for education, people, creativity, and community. From college classrooms and student affairs to academic integrity, professional conduct, career coaching, human resources, mediation, and mental health education, her professional journey has been anything but one-dimensional.

And that's only part of her story! She's also a notary, nonprofit leader, and hands-on creative who loves crafting, bringing ideas to life, and exploring new opportunities. Whether she's teaching, helping someone navigate a challenge, resolving conflict, creating something from scratch, or bringing women together, she believes there's always room to learn, grow, and reinvent yourself.
